Brand new stone Villa Olea in Sivota just couple of minutes away from the village,offers private sea access,infinity pool and stunning view at the bay!
Within the scenic bay of Sivota Village, engulfed in naive greenery and, of course, blossoming olive trees, nests Villa Olea,part of Liotrivi Luxury Villas. Following the traditional architecture of Lefkada Island, it was established just a few months back.
Constructed atop the hill’s slope, facing the harbour’s entrance, it looks over the bay where ships of all shapes and sizes come and go, skimming the surface of the ocean blue as they cruise.
The villa has immediate access to the village, as well as a private pathway leading directly to the sea. This trail stretches beneath an archway of trees which provide shade on those hot summer months. At the end, a specially structured platform which allows you to dive into the calming waters and let your troubles drift away.
Villa Olea is a two-storey building fit for 4 people. On the bottom floor there’s a fully equipped kitchen, with every utility you might need, the dining area, a toilet and finally, the living room installed with a fireplace, where you can kick back and marvel at the view before you through the large glass window.
On the second floor you’ll find a second toilet and the two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two singles . A large balcony furnished with soft sofas is certain to cater to your desire for relaxation, as you rejoice over a glass of wine and the sounds of waves crashing on the shore below.
The outdoors barbeque pergola will be looking forward to serving as your host while you build unforgettable memories along with your family or friends.
At the terrace there is the private infinity swimming pool along with sunbeds and bean bags, a perfect setting for unwinding.When swimming into the pool gives you the feeling you are diving into the bay.Savour your time in the water and take in the landscape around you as the unique dusk of the Ionian cast its golden hue on the horizon.

A lovely villa in a brilliant position!
The villa is new and well finished. The property was clean with towels (bath & pool), linen, cutlery, crockery etc. The two bedrooms are large and comfortable with balconies, and there are two good size shower/toilet rooms. The property is in an excellent position overlooking bustling Sivota harbour, so lovely views and plenty of boating activity to watch (flotilla arrivals in particular). The pool is a good size, but not heated so a bit chilly in May, but OK once in, there are a couple of seating areas, one covered with a BBQ and kitchen. The path down to the harbour is a bonus (5 mins) otherwise its a 15 minute drive. Talking of which the approach to the property is a track, and even for Greece pretty bumpy, take care if in a road car. Elena is a lovely host, very helpful before and on arrival/departure and quick to respond to any issues. Overall a lovely villa in a brilliant position, Sivota is a great base, plenty of bars, cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets. Lefkas itself is a lovely island to explore. Only had a week, will have to come back again.

We were very lucky to be the first guests at Villa Olea! It is really just as the pictures show- a lovely traditional style build with gorgeous pool and views. It all all completely new so totally clean and fresh. Elena was amazing throughout- answering my questions very quickly before arrival and was available throughout the stay with advice and little extra bits ( I needed a yoga mat!) We were late arriving and she had bought us some addition food bits to keep us going in addition the the lovely welcome gifts- a basket of local goodies. Sivota is a lovely little village, with great tavernas and mini supermarkets within a very short walk. There is direct sea access also a few steps away. Unless you are happy to stay in Sivota (not a bad idea!) a car really is necessary to get out and about. We also rented a boat locally to explore nearby bays. This is a great villa, in a lovely location - we hope to be back soon!

Stunning location and amazing villa. Elena is always on hand to help with anything you need and the owners who own the tavern are amazing also. Nothing is to much for them and they make the stay even more special. Would recommend this to stay to anyone and we will definitely be coming back.

Elena was a great host, and was in contact to make sure we were all ok. The villa itself is owned by a local restaurant and the owners were great also, as well as their staff. The villa is in a great location, a few dozen steps and you are at the edge of the harbour. The pool is amazing, with a great view to watch the boats come and go, and a great outside space with a barbecue and a shaded seating area. Inside is fully air conditioned with enough space downstairs to be comfortable and 2 good sized bedrooms upstairs, with a great balcony which was the length of the building and had a great view. All in all, we had a great holiday and. Looking forward to seeing Elena and everyone again next year!
Great house!
Stylish and well designed. Beautiful view of the bay with boats coming and going. Perfect location to walk into Syvota in just a couple of minutes. Elena was very warm, welcoming and helpful.
